The project included the sympathetic refurbishment of the existing Manor House and construction of 3 “cluster” buildings to create accommodation for the residents of a care home.
We installed and refurbished bespoke joinery to the Manor House and installed high quality 2nd fix carpentry items including oak veneered doors. Externally, we installed over 2000m2 of cedar soffit and fascias, incorporating precision cedar fitting to curved roofs, and over 1700m2 of decking both to 1st, 2nd floor balconies and ground floors. The majority of the contract was on a supply and fit basis.
The now completed development will be home to 117 elderly residents, providing them with luxury accommodation and surroundings.
