Rainsford are committed to providing the best aftercare service to meet the needs of the projects and that all works undertaken are carried out to the highest of standards and quality.
Our personal and friendly service is carried out by experienced and qualified tradesmen. We do our best to work around the home owners availability, including arranging appointments for early evenings and Saturday mornings to suit those individuals that work.
Whenever possible the customer is sent a text confirming the appointment, as well as a follow up reminder text nearer the appointment. The text will include the name of the person who will be undertaking the work and our representatives also carry photographic identification.
The majority of our work is undertaken in occupied properties, so we take the utmost care in making sure that all works are carried out with the minimum mess, noise and disruption as possible.
All work is carried out in accordance with the relevant risk assessments and methods statements to maintain a safe and healthy working environment at all times.
Rainsford have experience of carrying our a variety of aftercare works, from removing a screw from a bannister, movement of wood floors, decorating, to replacing cracked tiles. No matter how big or small the issue, we understand the importance to the home owner for it to be rectified as quickly as possible, with as little inconvenience to them than is necessary.
