Wenlock Cross is the UK’s tallest hybrid cross laminated timber (CLT) structure, providing 50 homes over 10 storeys on a unique cruciform plan.
The unique cruciform, which is staggered on each level allows the residents 2, if not 3 aspects.
The main carcass is constructed of cross-laminated timber which were manufactured offsite.
