Houses were first built in St Agnes in the mid Victorian times, with its terraces providing homes for the servants of Buckingham Palace.
The street later became inhabited by squatters who resisted eviction for over 30 years. St Agnes is now a collection of 74 houses and 24 flats/duplex apartments, 50% of which are social houses.
We provided and fitted the structural timber joists and roof trusses for the mansard roof, as well as the bespoke raised and filled PAS 23 security rated panelled front doors, the oak panelled internal doors and composite decking.
The bathroom joinery also included the supply and fit of the ironmongery and mirrored cabinets.
