Old Coach Works

In the heart of picturesque Ticehurst Village, we have recently completed the carpentry works in these 25 luxuriously spacious apartments and penthouses for GB Building Solutions in partnership with Park Royal. The development has been designed for the over 65’s who still want to own a spacious property, but do not necessarily want the level of maintenance that goes with one.

Having previously worked for GB on several other care homes, we have established an excellent working relationship which is why we were engaged to carry out all elements of 1st, 2nd fix and finals carpentry.

The remote location did cause some issues with regards to recruiting labour for the site, as well as the unusually cold and wet weather that we encountered during the build, but with our experienced on site Management Team we were able to deliver the first class Rainsford service that GB have come to expect.
