Continuing our relationship with St James, we were selected to provide the internal 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works to two impressive residential buildings around a central plaza, which will offer 83 luxury contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses in the heart of Putney, with their own private outdoor area and commercial units underneath.
Our supply and fit package included: doors, ironmongery, window boards, shelving, bathroom cabinets, mirrors and bath panels, as well as panelling to the lobby and doors, ironmongery and skirting to communal areas. Externally we supplied and fitted the decking to the balconies.
At the start of the project we also completed the fit out of an office in the commercial area, which included WC cubicles, vanity units, shower cubicles, duct panels etc.
Due to the location of the site a strict delivery booking procedure was in force, which proved a challenge for both us and our suppliers.
