Rainsford’s most recent residential project, a large family home in Kemsing, Kent, is an excellent showcase of our fit out capabilities.
The contract included the installation of a new kitchen, five bathrooms, carpets and light fittings. Bespoke joinery included freestanding wardrobes, desks, seating, bookcases and wall panels, designed and built by Rainsford.
The project required high quality materials and attention to detail, to retain the existing period features of the building while giving it a contemporary finish.
The project was a chance to showcase Rainsford’s capabilities in Project Management and tailored carpentry.
