Graylingwell Park is a landmark collection of beautiful carbon neutral homes spread across acres of breathtaking parkland less than a mile from the vibrant historic Chichester.

We were engaged as Labour Only carpenters on this site which was previously an old hospital. We completed all elements of carpentry works on 105 flats and houses both Private and HA, including weather boarding, roofing, 1st & 2nd fix, as well as supplying all of the ironmongery.
We also completed the carpentry works to the Marketing Suite on site, as well as further works during the main build to an Energy Centre and other buildings being refurbished.

We were known to the senior management team as a company who could undertake this contract. The work was completed within their programme and to the very high standards required by Linden Homes.
