Between August 2012 and November 2013 Rainsford were engaged by St James to carry out labour only carpentry works to 91 one and two bedroom apartments and 43 four bedroom town houses in the leafy suburb of Roehampton in South West London.
The extensive carpentry and joinery package included: roofs, floor joists and internal 1st & 2nd carpentry; doors, skirting, boxing’s, vanity units, bathroom cabinets, staircases and external decking to houses.
The high value of the dwellings meant that the quality had to be first class so our experienced site supervisor worked closely with the on site management team developing the design drawings and assisting with details, as well as ensuring a continuous labour supply.
The Rainsford team also proved their worth with their contribution to site safety where one of the team was rewarded for his efforts with a special Work Safe Award. This was the fist time a Rainsford individual had achieved this accolade, which is part of the Elliott Thomas Group SAFE Start initiative.
