We provided both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works to this project for Blenheim House Construction, the front wing of the building was refurbished to provide a new contemporary headquarters for Girl Guiding UK, with the rear wing being converted to a 73 bedroom hotel.
Works included the replacement of windows and doors to the existing facade.
Project features included the installation of Danskin and Fermacell insulated flooring to upper floors and the complete replacement of the existing hotel roof structure.
