We are currently carrying out all aspects of both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on this new build development of sustainable homes for Quadrant Construction Ltd. Once complete the development will consist of 117 flats and houses for private and affordable housing for the local community.
With part of the site joining on to an existing row of houses, our role has incorporated design co-ordination and management of restrictions around working times and noise.
As part of our commitment to community investment, we have employed two apprentices from the local area on this contract, enabling one of them to complete his course while working on the site for us.
