Rainsford were delighted to be involved in this prestigious project for the extension and refurbishment of one of the oldest Grade II listed buildings in the west end of London. Originally built by the Gatti brothers in 1886-7 as the Adelphi Restaurant it occupies an enviable position next to the Adelphi Theatre.
With a restaurant shell provided at the basement and groundfloor, the top three floors have been extended to the rear to create four luxury apartments.
