This former textiles warehouse had previously been the home to the Guinness World Records, has been refurbished to provide in excess of 26,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.
Our work included refurbishment of the windows, raised flooring and the formation of a new terrace area with composite decking to provide an external relaxation space.
