Ten Trinity Square, owned by the Reignwood Group, is one of London’s true landmark buildings, re-created as an exclusive and harmonious arrangement of residences, hotel and club.
Rainsford were appointed on this prestigious project by main contractor Donban Contracting UK who were sympathetically converting the former Port of London Authority building into a luxury 120 bed hotel and spa with 38 luxury private apartments. Rainsford works’ included hand cut timbers to form a sloped and curved roof structure for the new glazed roof, fit out of the luxury show apartment including the installation of pre-finished full height panelled doors, and linings, bespoke ironmongery and bathroom fittings, together with moulded skirting, architrave and panelling.
