Rainsford appointed to transform QNAP HQ

Global cyber security solutions provider QNAP (Quality Network Appliance Provider) has appointed Rainsford Contracts to lead the modernisation of its UK Headquarters in Swindon.   As Principal Contractor, Rainsford will lead the design and build of this full refurbishment scheme.

The scope of the project will include a new warm roof, internal strip-out and a complete CAT B fit-out, along with the construction of a new external warehouse, founded on CFA piles with a raft foundation and delivered as a clad steel-frame building.

A large steel-frame canopy will then connect the existing headquarters with the new warehouse, complemented by external landscaping works.
