Janet Kennedy
Janet has over 15 years’ experience working in Human Resources, 10 of which have been at management level.
Prior to joining Rainsford Contracts in January 2007, Janet worked for a manufacturing company, gaining valuable experience working in a unionised environment.
As a HR generalist, Janet is experienced in all areas of people management, including industrial relations, recruitment, development and training, benefits and rewards.
As part of the Rainsford Contracts senior management team, Janet is responsible for the compilation and implementation of all HR policies and procedures. Janet has developed and introduced a bespoke HR Strategic Management system, an appraisal system linked to Rainsford Company Values and a structured training programme for all staff.
Janet is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) and NEBOSH Certified (Occupational Safety and Health).
