Rainsford Acquires M&E Firm, ACES

Rainsford Contracts Limited and partner Tnui Capital have acquired an 80% controlling stake in Bristol-based mechanical and engineering company, Avon Combined Electrical Services (ACES).

Rainsford Contracts will be working in partnership with ACES to broaden its overall range of services and to reach new markets with both companies, independently carrying out Principal Contracts and sub-contracts with a combined estimated annual turnover of £45m.

Established for over 35 years, ACES’ brand and operations in delivering high quality M&E services will remain unchanged, with Managing Director Steve Sage continuing to lead the business and its smooth transition to work alongside Rainsford Contracts.
