Rainsford have been involved in a number of Nadler Hotels on behalf of our client Blenheim House. The works have involved extensive remodelling, partial demolition and extension of the existing buildings on the site to form a new hotel with the old structures carefully strengthened and altered to achieve the requirements of a modern, high specification 57 bedroom hotel.
Rainsford’s involvement with this new hotel included refurbishment of the existing windows, timber upstands to the roof, skirting, window boards, bathroom boxing and decking.
