This was Rainsford’s first contract for Regal Homes, initially appointed to install door sets, skirting and architrave at this exclusive development in a period building of 18 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. However as work progressed we were also asked to install high quality hardwood flooring and joinery.
The project had a very fast turnaround, from pricing to being appointed and completing the works in just 6 weeks. With the apartments priced in excess of £1m quality could not be compromised.
