In the heart of picturesque Ticehurst Village, this 25 room care home which was to be called The Old Coachworks was built by GB Building Solutions in partnership with Park Royal.
Having established an excellent working relationship with GB while working on several other care homes for them in the past, we were engaged on this project to carry out all elements of 1st, 2nd fix and finals carpentry.
OUTCOME
The remote location posed a challenge with regards to recruiting labour for the site, and the unusually cold and wet weather proved to be equally problematic, but with our experienced on site Management Team, we have delivered the Rainsford first class service that GB have come to expect.
