The vision for the refurbishment of this 60,000 sq ft office building near St Pauls, was to create a new business environment – a place to collaborate, create and connect.
OUTCOME
The double height reception incorporates a number of features, including a bespoke oak panelled reception desk, reception tea desk, a featured high level cladding wall, engineered oak floor and seating area, all of which were provided and installed by Rainsford. As well as the decking for the external communal courtyard and 7th floor balcony, we were also responsible for the doors, ironmongery, architraves and skirting throughout the building.
